It helps us to help you if you:

  2. Let us know which program you're asking about - the online Mental Health Aware Yoga training
  3. Clearly step us through any issues you're having (screen shots are helpful so we can see what you're seeing)

Our wonderful support team works most days Monday-Friday and aims to reply within 24-48 hours on business days.

Please note that our support team does not monitor the Facebook group, so any questions related to tech, assignments or extensions must be submitted by email.

While we are unable to offer individualised mentoring outside of the Facebook group and mentoring calls, you are welcome to book a private mentoring session with Lauren (additional fees apply). Reach out by email and let us know what you're looking for.
